The kitchen provides typical Austrian mountain food. Due to the difficult situation of delivering all the goods, the menu is small, but fine... The weather conditions, as well as the expcted number of visitors will determine the daily specialties.

And: There will be barbecue! At 2,467 meters! If permitted by the weather and the wind ... On reservation there's steak, spare ribs, baked potato, salad and many more. If you do advance reports on time, then we can make something special. Just ask!

The meat comes from the butcher Hutegger, vegetables from the organic farm Hintermann which is owned by Stuhler family, Both Hutegger and Hintermann are enterprises from Bad Hofgastein. Fruit juices and vinegars come from the fruit growing farmer Pölzer from Graz. All top products are of the highest quality! Bread is baked by ourselves ... 

Enjoy your peak experience and the impressive panorama with a careful selection of fine beverages (rasperry- , lemon-, cola- and the herbal lemonade comes from Keli, situated in the Gastein Valley, bottled beers are from Stiegl, wheat beer from Franziskaner. Naturradler and non-alcoholic beer from Gösser. Beer is delivered by the storehouse Gastein / Bad Hofgastein. We also have excellent white wines from Styria (Tement) and Lower Austria (Grassl) as well as red wines from Lower Austria (Grassl), Burgenland (Weinhof Zieger und Holzhammer), schnapps, juices from a fruit-growing-farmer from Graz, mineral water from Gasteiner, coffee and tea from Hornig...).
